# SEE the Unseen : November 26

Dr. G V Hari impressed with his thoughts today.

In a nut shell

SEE the Unseen!

Being a teacher is not an easy task. One should be alert from tip to toe to catch the  students mind and heart which do requires quite a good number of tools. Dr. G V  Hari, a renowned teacher could effortlessly introduce these to the upcoming teachers  of Mar Theophilus Training College.

A person who can provide enthusiasm “an energizer”, who is always ready for  anything, who is vigilant about their surroundings, who have gained enough  experience to bring out even small thoughts in a creative way can undoubtedly be a  teacher. A teacher is not just a person and being a teacher is not just a profession it  should be a passion. One has to be energetic enough to bring their class live, no student  should think of diverting their my when you are there.

When a teacher observes themselves to develop their mental well being, when tries to  be more creative, when tries to seen the unseen they are trying to give their maximum  for their students. There comes excellent teachers, when they possess an ability to  catch several wandering minds under one roof, to mold them and to make them  dream higher.

Students are like glasses, not everyone hold the same shape and structure, nor they  serve same purpose. But once it is dropped, everything gets shattered independent of  everything. So every teachers, do hold their glasses perfectly!

Sir gave a new insight and providing us the right tray to hold them together.
